1. what vibecuterie is
vibecuterie is a curated discovery platform for vibe coded products. we showcase products built by creators. by using the site, you agree to these terms.
2. using the platform
you can browse, vote on, and leave notes on featured products. you don't need an account to use most features. we use rate limiting to prevent abuse, which may temporarily restrict actions if limits are exceeded.
3. product submissions
if you submit a product, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that the product doesn't contain harmful, illegal, or misleading content. submissions require a valid product url, your name, and email address. we reserve the right to reject or remove any submission at our sole discretion and for any reason.
4. nominations
you can nominate products built by others by sharing the product url and your email address. we will reach out to the creator to invite them to claim their product on the platform. by nominating, you confirm the product is genuine to the best of your knowledge.
5. creator claims
creators can claim nominated products via a secure link sent to their email. claiming allows you to complete and showcase your product on the platform. claim links are single-use and specific to a product.
6. voting, notes, and reporting
votes and notes should reflect genuine opinions. notes are limited to 140 characters and are publicly visible. don't manipulate votes, spam, or abuse the system. you can report products that contain harmful or inappropriate content. we may reset activity, remove content, or restrict access if we detect abuse at our sole discretion.
7. email communications
if you subscribe to our email list, we'll send content related to vibecuterie. if you submit or claim a product, we'll send transactional emails about your submission status. you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in every message.
8. embedded content
featured products may be displayed in embedded iframes within our platform. we sandbox these iframes for security but are not responsible for the content, functionality, or data practices of embedded third-party products. you interact with embedded products at your own risk.
9. intellectual property
products featured on vibecuterie belong to their respective creators. the vibecuterie brand, design, and original content belong to us. don't scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission. by submitting a product, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, embed, promote, and distribute it on the platform and in related marketing materials.
10. content removal and disputes
if you believe a product has been posted that infringes on your rights, contact us at hello@vibecuterie.com with details. we will review requests and may remove content at our sole discretion. we are not responsible for user-submitted content and make no guarantees about the accuracy or ownership of featured products.
11. disclaimers
vibecuterie is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. we don't guarantee uptime, accuracy of product information, or that featured products will remain available. we link to and embed third-party products and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or data practices. use of the platform is at your own risk.
12. limitation of liability
to the maximum extent permitted by law, vibecuterie and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to damages from embedded third-party content, data loss, unauthorized access, or service interruptions, regardless of the theory of liability.
13. indemnification
you agree to indemnify and hold harmless vibecuterie and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your submissions, or your violation of these terms.
14. changes
we may update these terms at any time as the platform evolves. continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. we'll note the date of the last update at the top of this page.
